Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for our healthcare IT solutions in the US market.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including CIOs, IT Directors, and other senior-level executives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our healthcare IT solutions to potential clients, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, and ensure that all agreements are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in our CRM system.
Monitor industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations to the leadership team on new products and services that can help drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in healthcare IT solutions sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and developments, and understanding of healthcare IT solutions and their applications.
Experience with CRM software, sales reporting tools, and other sales-related technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
